Currently I am in network with the following insurances: Aetna, Cigna, Optum, United Health, Oxford, Oscar, Health Choice, Healthcare Highways, Multiplan, Tricare Humana, CHAMPVA, Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

I also offer private pay rates of $150 per session (53 minutes), and can provide a superbill or assist with out of network billing.

Background and Training

I’ve practiced extensively with women, veterans, and families. I received a doctorate in clinical social work with research focusing on postpartum depression. Recently, I completed additional training and certification in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International.
