About Me

My clients describe me as genuine, down-to-earth, and relatable.  Working with women in transition phases surrounding motherhood, work-life balance, and relationships is truly my passion. Iā€™m a working mom, a semi-military spouse, and former fantasy football champion.  I love helping clients nurture themselves and their families through all these phases of life. 

I offer techniques like mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I use attachment and relational theories, which means that finding patterns and meaning in your relationships is important in therapy too. We can go as deep as you want. I am happy to tailor my approach to whatever will be most helpful for you meeting your goals.  Most of all, I want you to feel seen, heard, and connected.
